This poster uses a very clear simple message. the image ties to the words bloody legend by the camera angle being slightly lowered. the expression on his face being one of accomplishment like "yeah i did that" and pride. also the background golden glow is giving him a godly aura.

This poster is based on a romance novel cover.
This Ad isn't even in English but from the imagery i understand it to be an ad promoting being a hero by being an organ donor.
This poster also makes a hero of a body part. Your finger becomes a super hero by switching off the light.
