Logistics - Class 7.2

Journey Map, touch points, action the ideas, how it works, looks, relation to the 5 ways of wellbeing and how this will strategically target each of these.

Steps user has to go through -

How is it self sustaining? How does it initiate the process to start again and how is it on-going?

Mocking up the touch-points and what this thing is going to look like!

By Tuesday - see the journey map illustrated, getting the feel, look functionality of the product. Have all of the touch-points.

Timeline -

User Journey / Touchpoint ideas -

Feedback -

Let's be fare - is this a campaign?
Where else could this apply and where could this be applied elsewhere?
Make sure that the elderly community can be aware of the campaign, and they know the benefits - more people will use the busses - good publicity.
Connections - so many moves you get, you become a 'hero', could connect with other 'hero's' point system? Something on top of the smaller 15c reward.

The Plan from here -

- App - leave it where it is, put it on hold, pretend it doesn't exist.
- Look at touch-points, promote the main app function, how do we target different audiences?

Create a campaign!

Research campaigns.

Touch-points

TO DO:

Both develop some campaign touch-points
- Slogans and quotes? "I'm a hero are you?"
- Logo ideas? / Iterations
- Target elderly and target commuters - it is important both sides are aware of the campaign.

Brainstorm of where else could the campaign apply?
