Logo and brand development

Looking into 'let's be fare' - ideas and concepts surrounding this which could be interesting for our work.

Working with elderly standing along with well people as everyone must stand?
Is that fair?

These are initial ideas, I think we need to have a discussion and decide what is the key information and draw cards to this app. Is it the etiquette or is it the fact that snapper is now available on phone. I believe it is the latter and that in-fact we almost need to advertise the benefits to elderly and disabled people but hide this when advertising to commuters and address that the different audiences need to be differently targeted. 

Targeting the 'typical' commuter

This is looking at where people will be when they are going to catch a bus and where they will most likely initially see the touch-points. Also thinking what messages will these commuters be attracted to and what will make them download the app?
