Physical mailers - Elderly & Disabled
These outline the benefits and changes to public transport that supersnap is implementing. This will hopefully encourage elderly and disabled people to use public transport more often, as well as making them feel more valued/cared for.
- Bus stop/inside the bus poster. short, sharp and targeting the commuters who will see the bus. this will promote the app's benefits of replacing snapper cards and rewards system for fair use of the bus.
- Decals inside the bus/on glass bus stops. These are basic and develop intrigue into what they are about, offering little information, people will hopefully be curious enough to google what it is about. If not they will see the posters and recognise the logo to get more information.
- Bus side poster targeting both commuters and the elderly. This will promote the fair is fare aspect of the app, the rewards system.
