Other suggestions
- I think we should have a screen "hero" name option in the profile. Like an alter ego, this provides a little bit of anonymity, and then it is less confusing than if we show a common first name.
- Logistically one button for gold card members and prams doesn't work. Prams require 8 specific people to be notified and four people to accept. Elderly only require one accept and the floor of the bus notified so I think the button works for the pram and the new nfc gold card would work for elderly, even if the bus driver has to assist then with the tag on process at first
