What we got from our feedback, was a nice compliment sandwich, you said that the journey map was very good and the brief was nice but there is a lot of unrelated information throughout the brief. Things such as Mildred’s mortgage and divorce is unrelated, these things could have been changed to be more specific to the commute or otherwise taken out. We should have narrowed down the how might we, to etiquette and manners within public transport, or even more specific to the elderly generation. Also stressing the confrontation as the issue to wellbeing would have enhanced the main focus.
He gave us insights for where the brief could go, as we could even focus on etiquette and manners being a lost skill and the brief could develop and change to suit this better.
The presentation using the images was very successful and we spoke well, Satina is working on pubic speaking and from here we will both work to our strength’s.
