What if phones don't work? 

Our target audience are people with cell-phones compatible with APPLE PAY or ANDRIOD PAY (NFC) therefore they have the chips in them which will work with the snapper machines. 

It also means you could use the phones and top up at stores like you would a normal snapper card as well. 

How will we get around the snapping the roof if someone is too short? Or not in the right place in the bus to snapper? 

Would it work snapping phone to phone or card to phone? 

Would it be possible for people to take a photograph of something?

Would it work to have a snapper on the bar in the isle? At about head level so it will not get in the way and will remain reachable for all people. 

It is vital that this machine is accessible to the system and only activates for use when someone requires a seat. 

TO DO:

Satina - Come up with a video story board and idea for how we can get this app out into the world and influence people to get it and use it to the full benefits.

Side or inside the bus advertisement idea? - Something different, something new and unique. 

Advertising on the snapper machine?

Kristen - Develop this app, make a user from scratch as though they just downloaded the app. Also include some features top up etc. 

Maybe develop the other persona's. 

Try making some other touch-points and ideas.
