Supersnap Bus pieces

Superhero mask on the lights

This would have to be an actual sturdy plastic mask placed on the bus to maintain the mask shape. I imagine it would work like the red noses for cars, or have some kinda of removable adhesive.

Yelling Bubble Stop Sign W/ Pole Decal

The top one is a little more comic booky with the letters overlapping. The bottom one is a bit easier to read, the letters still overlap but the yellow foreground does not.

I have used a yelling bubble decal to make it as if someone is actually yelling out to stop the bus. I have re-arranged, rotated and overlapped the letters to add to the the yelling vibe. this would be a decal and you would see the light shine through it and around it.

Stop Button

The button has a flying decal emphasizing it. the standard red and white is replaced by a white and blue half tone dot background and a matching comic book text to the stopping sign to ensure people link the button and the sign still.

Supersnap Balloon Hero

This is a Superhero Balloon, it would be attached to some kind of wire and work much like when you stick something on your cars aerial. This scale is probably too large and would interfere with the bus power lines. Maybe this could be rolled out on buses which dont go into town, i.e the hutt buses.

The Narrative

I have added the cane to add to the narrative of her needing the seat. she is also very hunched over and holding on to her back so we know she is very old with back problems. she also has on orthopedic shoes associated with elderly with knee problems.

The girls face is cropped so she could be any female. we see a small portion of the lower half so we know she is looking at her phone. She sits sideways on the priority seat ready and waiting to be the first to leap up and be a hero.

This signifies the alert she has received on her phone. Perhaps it could appear over the other frame, or at least intersecting that frame.

The elderly woman gets a seat. the burst signifying that girl is a hero.

These scenes still need the backgrounds dulled out or half-toned to match the other posters.

After Friday's Class

Trying some drop shadow to make the alarm pop

Heavier black lines. cant decide if they are overkill. I do feel they distract from the word.
For continuity purposes I have made the womans jacket black to match the other woman in the seat frame.

With Drop shadow

I think the blue has a better hierarchy. The elderly woman, because we see her face, the text bubble flowing from her, then the girl, then the text. the text might need to be smaller.
The orange seems to fight the old lady for being seen first.

Calming the scene a bit with removing the halftone from the seat. also adding emphasis without over emphasizing, the seat is part of the narrative.

Making the text compete less with the elderly woman. It is starting to look apologetic though. It may require its own frame. or the busier composition above might be appropriate for the comic style. maybe it needs to go bigger on the bus and be the first thing you see, break the frame.

The crop of the girl looks a little weird with the other person blocked out so much

Removed the halftone and screened them blue. Still too much emphasis on that other person, distracting from the phone. Also her nose looks a lil odd in the crop

Cropped tighter to remove some of the other persons mass from the frame and her nose. Her nose definitely gave the context to where her eyes were looking. Maybe the Tap text will be enough to draw attention to the phone.

Zoomed back out. extra taps and motion lines. the extra taps are overkill.

Less taps, bigger motions emanating from thumbs.
