User testing

User testing with commuters on the target demographic for the app.

Step one journey - signing up to the app:

Type in field for requirements - change wording to any medical issue requirements?

kinda confused about editing profile. But doesn’t know why or where to click. Is there a better way to get someone to move onto this screen? Reviewing profile - or something?

Hero stuff as soon as soon as you log in??? Connecting the hero aspect. CONNECTION TO WELLBEING - - this is the most important. Be the hero or be the needed?
First page is good, but is there something as you go through after you sign in.

How many do you need to get to be a ‘hero’?
Can you go into the categories? How often do you get to 50+ to get your 10% off?
You won’t get anything until you get to hero status? 50 is a lot of people! the month isn’t good or enough detail. When you move you get 10% off the fare?

More obvious you can scroll?

Step two journey - getting on bus with notification:
Stepping through the different notifications..

Things I have changed in the app:

- 'Hero' status is moving for 25 people
- All other 'ranks' are less.

- We need to express in the dossier that the app helps wellbeing for other commuters due to the convenience to them, having everything within one place.
